Temporary/artificial dreadlocks use synthetic loc extensions crocheted onto your natural hair — affordable, lightweight, and easy to remove. Human hair sisterlocks and microlocs use real hair extensions for a softer texture and a more natural blend, at a higher price point.
Depending on length and technique, installs typically run 3–7 hours. Sisterlocks and micro twists take longer than temporary dreadlocks because of the finer parting work involved.
Most clients come back every 4–6 weeks to retwist new growth and keep partings neat. Retouch pricing varies by technique — see the pricing section above.
Yes — colour can be added to any service for an extra KES 2,000. Let us know your preferred shade when you book so we can prep beforehand.
